Departed Possum Park just before 8.30. Stopped in Chinchilla for a coffee & farewelled G&C.

Next stop was a loo break in Proston.
The road from Proston to Hivesville is quite hilly and windy.

Stopped at Coalstoun Lakes General store to try their advertised 'great coffee ' which was pretty good.
1 last stop in Biggenden to get some groceries so we could cook on the fire tomorrow night. Finally made it to Rachel and John's, up on the hill. We set up, checked out their shouse (shed-house) then the rains started coming our way.
Made ourselves at home even though they weren't there 😁
Thankfully the rain didn't last long. The sunset wasn't as spectacular as it has been on other visits due to cloud cover.
The clouds appeared to be stuck on the mountain tops.
Not enough visible sky for satellite spotting 🛰 tonight so we cooked chicken and fried rice inside and relaxed for the evening.
Today's temperature range was 8.8° this morning at PossumPark to 24.8° at Lakeside this afternoon.
