Day 14. St George. 19.6.25

Felt a bit chilly this morning but that didn't stop us from having a quick dip. I spent an hour soaking in a couple of tubs. Mark spent a few minutes in a tub and about 20 minutes in the hot pool.

This pool was a bit cool and slippery so didn't stay in there for more than a few minutes.
Packed up and departed for St George at 9.45.
We saw quite a few emus up closer today.

Crossing the Balonne River into St George. After we set up at the River Gum Tourist Park I cooked some bacon and eggs for a late lunch then we went for a walk along the river.

Flood marker.
A stunning display of flowers.
Afternoon drinks and chatting at our site as we had the biggest open space to fit 6 people and a dog.
Made delicious chicken Quesedellas for dinner.
Top temp in St George today was 18°.
We travelled 250kms, taking our total so far to 1,768 kms.
